Terms and Conditions
Prior to redemption:
Once you have purchased your ticket online, if you cannot travel for any reason, you may change the date of your booking to a day that suits better. If you cannot choose an alternative date, you may request a refund. This is possible right up until, and including, the day you intended on travelling, as long as travel has not commenced. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
After travelling with us:
At Blue Mountains Explorer Bus, our team will do everything to ensure you leave happy, so if you have a complaint, please let any member of our team know and they will endeavour to address the issue immediately. Once an online booking has been redeemed on your travel date, or you have purchased your ticket at our shop or with a driver, we do not offer refunds for inclement weather.
Refund Process:
Passengers must submit a refund request within 14 days of travel. Requests for refunds must include relevant details such as the date of travel, ticket information, method of payment, and a brief explanation of the issue. All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed and processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Passengers can submit refund requests by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Our dedicated customer service representatives are available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding refunds and service enquiries. Any refunds will be for the price of the Explorer Bus only e.g. excludes Scenic World or other attractions.
Definitions
Adult = 16+ years
Child = 3-15 years
Family = 2 Adults + Children 15 years & under
Children under 3 free
Free Bus Pass Extension Policy
Extension of the “Bus Pass” is available on request at no extra cost, for passengers who are staying in the Blue Mountains for multiple days. The pass can be extended for up to three days. Extension is for the Explorer Bus Pass only and does not include any third-party attractions or products. Please note – this is a goodwill gesture and is only available to passengers who are staying in the Blue Mountains.
Companion Card Policy
On presentation of a Companion Card, one carer or companion can travel free of charge with a paying passenger (i.e. the Companion Card holder). This applies to the Explorer Bus portion of travel only and does not include any third-party attractions or products.
Kids Ride Free Policy
Children under 3 ride the Explorer Bus for free.
