Palette Dining offers a contemporary la carte menu, drawing flavours from around the world. Inspired by the provenance of the Blue Mountains and Greater Sydney, articulated through the creative lens of head chef Petrina Kerr.
The Palette menu is seasonally driven and influenced by the array of producers and market gardeners whom supply our kitchens. With 2 bars and a casual lounge area, we are also well suited for group functions and special occasions.
Upstairs is Palette Bar, a relaxed dining space with comfort and full table service.
Our bar menu has been put together to allow a sit down meal with the family or a quick bite to share with friends while sipping your favourite cocktail.
Similar to our food the cocktail menu is an expression of the seasons, we regularly rotate the flavours. Our staff lovingly make our syrups in house, whipping up our signature cocktails, classics or any number of bespoke drink you may desire.
