Experience all our Blue Mountains can offer!

This is an amazing private collection of antique toys, dolls and model railways, definitely not just for the kids! Set in Leuralla, one of the oldest houses in the Blue Mountains, this is where you'll find all the old toys your parents made you throw out when you moved out of home.

The NSW Toy and Railway Museum boasts the biggest collection of Barbies in the southern hemisphere. Alongside those you'll find literally thousands of tin soldiers, toy planes, teddy bears, metal robots, board games and comics.

If you're interested in history, have a look at the exhibition about "Doc" Evatt, a Leura local who went on to become Attorney General of Australia, leader of the Labor Party, and in 1948 was elected President of the UN General Assembly. The Evatt family still own and look after the beautiful Leuralla House.

Leuralla is surrounded by 12 acres of gardens, which are stunning in the Spring. Across the road is a park (separate entry fee) with huge Popeye-themed statues and fantastic views across to Mount Solitary and the backs of the Three Sisters.

Open daily 10am-5pm.
