Bushwalking Connections

There are twelve designated suggested walks linked to the Blue Mountains Explorer Bus, and are marked in the Guide Book as easy or medium hardness. Easy walks are usually confined to the cliff tops, whereas medium walks necessitate stairs into or out of the valley or both.

Easy walks are able to be done by people who can easily walk, and are well maintained easily identified walks.

The main areas for walks have detailed maps printed in the guide book and these regions are:

Stops (9) (10) (11) and (12) Katoomba Cascades – Prince Henry Cliff Top Walk – Scenicworld and the region in the valley around Scenicworld.

Stops (14) (15) Echo Point - Giant Stairway. This gives you the chance to walk onto the bridge leading to the Three Sisters

Stops (16) (17) (18) (19) (20) (21) Leura Cascades, Prince Henry Cliff Top Walk, Gordon Falls, Pool of Siloam, Leura Forest. A great variety of walks that can be covered in one half an hour or if staying longer, three or four hours could be spent in this region.
